Hello from Springfield, Illinois… home of the only house Abraham Lincoln ever owned, Lincoln-Herndon Law Office, Lincoln Family Church, Old State Capitol, Lincoln Depot, Lincoln’s Tomb, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & a few miles from New Salem where Honest Abe clerked at the Berry store (and walked 3 miles to return a penny). Here he met and married his wife, Mary Todd, three sons were born and one died.

We are pretty proud of Abe around here… and the qualities he exemplified. Honesty, compassion, lifting others out of distress, paving the way for a better tomorrow… we try to follow in his footsteps.
